We offer a 100% Refund till your order is accepted by you or is auto-completed (Normally after 3 days of final delivery) if you don’t accept the delivery inside the system. During the project phase, if you are not happy, kindly contact us via the contact page with your purchase receipt ID and we will initiate a refund from our end within 3 business days. Please note that the payment processing charges can’t be refunded as they are not under our control. You will be refunded only the product purchase price. Also, the refund to be reflected in your account may take up to 15 days or more based on your financial institution. But, to make sure that you know what you are purchasing, all the product components will be available for preview. We trust you and want you to be our happy customer.

Also, a refund can be issued on a case-to-case basis. For, e.g., not limited to, “double purchase of a product by mistake”. Issuance of refund is at the sole discretion of graphicsforstreamers.com owned by Techshack Digital Media Products & Services LLP.
